Yogurt Cake

This yogurt cake is a French dessert. It is easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 container plain yogurt (Forager works for a dairy-free option)
  • 1 container avocado oil
  • 1 container xylitol
  • 2 containers chestnut or tigernut flour
  • 1 container almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 g baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a round or rectangular cake pan with parchment paper.
  • Add the yogurt into a bowl. You will use the yogurt container to measure all the ingredients.
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients until the batter is smooth.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
