Yogurt Cake
This yogurt cake is a French dessert. It is easy and quick to make.

- 1 container plain yogurt (Forager works for a dairy-free option)
- 1 container avocado oil
- 1 container xylitol
- 2 containers chestnut or tigernut flour
- 1 container almond flour
- 3 eggs
- 6 g baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a round or rectangular cake pan with parchment paper.
Add the yogurt into a bowl. You will use the yogurt container to measure all the ingredients.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients until the batter is smooth.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
