Start by blending chunks of watermelon until you get about 3 cups and set aside.
Add the raspberries, sweetener, and coconut water in a blender; process until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and add the popsicle sticks. If the popsicle sticks do not remain in place, freeze fo 20-30 minutes and then add the sticks. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
