Watermelon & Raspberry Cocktail

A great cocktail for summer time made with fresh fruits. You can also make it a mocktail by omitting alcohol.
Servings: 2 cocktails

Ingredients

  • 3 cups blended watermelon
  • 6 oz raspberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz tequila
  • 2 oz Cointreau

Instructions

  • Start by blending chunks of watermelon until you get about 3 cups and set aside.
  • Add the raspberries, sweetener, and coconut water in a blender; process until smooth.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add 3 cups of watermelon juice with the rest of the ingredients and some ice. Shake for 5-10 seconds. Divide it into two glasses.
  • You can decorate your glass by wetting the rim with a liquid such as citrus juice or plain water. Dip the rim in a tray filled with xylitol or salt.
