Tahini Protein Bars

Tahini Layer

Instructions
Tahini Layer
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, add the tahini, whey protein, xylitol, egg, oil, almond flour, and baking powder. Stir between each ingredient.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Chocolate Layer
In a small microwavable bowl, add the chocolate, and oil. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until fully melted.
Once the tahini layer is done, let it cool for a few minutes and pour the chocolate mixture on top. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
