Peanut Butter Macadamia Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 210 g peanut butter (or nut butter)
  • 50 g vanilla whey protein
  • 20 g almond flour (sub for tigernut flour if cannot use almond)
  • 15 g coconut flour
  • 15 g granular sweetener
  • 5 g shredded coconut
  • macadamia nuts
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and mix until well combined.
  • Form five balls with the dough and flatten them out slightly. Bake for 10 minutes (or longer if desired.)
