(sub for tigernut flour if cannot use almond)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and mix until well combined.
Form five balls with the dough and flatten them out slightly. Bake for 10 minutes (or longer if desired.)
