Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chia Pudding

Super easy to make, this breakfast is perfect when you don't have time to prepare a fancy breakfast during the week. You can make it the night before and have breakfast ready in your fridge for a couple of days. You can even double the batch if you want to save even more time.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops whey protein
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until well combined then divide into two containers. Add some toppings if you want.
  • Place in the fridge overnight.
