- 1 banana (frozen or not)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 scoops plain protein powder
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 2 tbsp green powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp beetroot powder (optional)
Toppings
- 2 tbsp granola
- 2 tbsp coconut chips
- 1 tbsp bee pollen
