PB&Cherry Cocoa Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is perfect to have a full meal in one bowl. It makes it easier to add some veggies to your breakfast in a simple way. You also have some protein and some whole-food fats for a complete and healthy meal that is easy to make.

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 banana (frozen or not)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops plain protein powder
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp green powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp beetroot powder (optional)

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 2 tbsp coconut chips
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth (2-3 minutes).
  • Pour your smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings. I added bee pollen, coconut chips and granola that I shared on my blog recently.
