Nutrient-Dense Smoothie

A nutrient-dense smoothie that is easy to mak. It is super convenient if you are finding it hard to find time to eat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lime
  • 200 g organic baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp beetroot powder
  • 2 tbsp Garden in my Glass

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender, starting with the coconut milk. Blend for 2-3 minutes.
