No Cheese Cake
Cheesecake made without any dairy. They can be served for any occasion. It is super easy to make and quick.

Crust
- 1/2 cup hazelnut meal
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp sirup
Filling
- 1 15 oz. can full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp xylitol
- 1 tbsp gelatin
Filling
Keep 1/2 cup of coconut milk and blend it with the strawberries. In a saucepan, add the rest of the coconut milk and cook over low heat. Sprinkle the gelatin over it, and whisk. Add the coconut milk and strawberries mixture, and the xylitol. Whisk to combine everything.
Pour the filling into each container. Let it cool before transferring them in the fridge. Let it sit overnight before serving. You can serve the cakes in the containers or on a plate by carefully flipping them.
