Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp tigernut flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chocolate nut butter (add at the end)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a mug or microwave safe bowl. Mix well. Add the tablespoon of nut butter in the middle.
  • Cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
