Heat oven to 350°F. Line 11 standard-size muffin cups with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, add all the dry ingredients and stir well.
In a small bowl, add the wet ingredients and stir well. Add the content of the second bowl to the first one and stir until well combined.
Divide the batter between muffin cups. Bake muffins 30 to 40 minutes or until tops are no longer wet and a toothpick inserted into the middle of a muffin comes out clean.Bon appétit!
