Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a microwave safe bowl, add the butter and chocolate. Microwave until melted.
In a bowl, add the flour, salt, baking powder, xylitol (or other) and stir.
Add the chocolate/butter mixture to it and stir well.
Pour the mixture into molds and bake for 15 minutes. Take the cakes out and drop a tablespoon of almond butter in the middle of each cake. Return into the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. The cakes won't seem to be cooked when you remove them. Let them cool down before removing from the mold.
