Collagen Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup chestnut flour (sift)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup collagen (you can use whey protein too)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, sift the chestnut flour, then add the almond flour, baking powder, salt and collagen. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and oil mix until smooth.
  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
