In a large bowl, sift the chestnut flour, then add the almond flour, baking powder, salt and collagen. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and oil mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.Bon appétit!
