Cocoanut Popsicle

Dairy-free popsicle with coconut milk and added protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • stevia (to taste)
  • 40 g whey protein

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
