Chocolate Fudge [dairy-free and gluten-free]

This chocolate fudge is so easy to make. It is dairy-free and gluten-free. You will love it!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. 66% baking chocolate (226g)
  • 2/3 cup full-fat coconut milk (160mL)
  • 3/4 cup walnuts (70g)
  • 2 scoops Bulletproof vanilla collagen (40g)
  • 1/8 cup powdered sweetener (stevia, xylitol, or erythritol) (20g)
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave or on the stove (see notes above).
  • In the meantime, add all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold or in a pan. Let it sit in the fridge for several hours.
