Chocolate Cake

This chocolate cake recipe is gluten free and super easy to make. You most likely have those ingredients at home and you can make it with your kids.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. baking chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup sweetener (stevia, erythritol, or xylitol)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 yolks
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ยบ F. Prepare a 9-inch cake pan by spraying with baking spray or lining with parchment paper.
  • Add butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted.
  • Add almond flour, sweetener, salt, eggs, and egg yolks to a large bowl or the bowl. Whisk through to combine.
  • Stir in melted butter and chocolate and mix well.
  • Pour batter onto cake pan then bake for 15 minutes.
