Chia pudding

Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ground chia seeds
  • 3 scoops protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs (topping)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients, starting with the coconut milk, in a blender (except the cacao nibs).
  • Blend for a few seconds. Pour into two containers.
