AIP & Grain-Free Salmon Patties

This salmon cakes are grain-free and AIP and also super good. My husband approved them, and I can tell you it is a good sign. They are also super quick to make.

Servings: 6 patties

Ingredients

  • 1 14.5 oz canned salmon
  • 1 avocado (puréed)
  • 1/8 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/8 cup cassava flour
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil + extra 1 tbsp for cooking
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tbsp of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-heat.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, and mix until well combined.
  • Scoop batter and shape into 6 patties. It will be easier if your hands are wet.
  • Sauté cakes for about 5 minutes on each side. Be careful when flipping them.
