Dandelion Greens
Dandelion greens aren’t very popular. This recipe will make you change your mind about them.

- 1 bunch dandelion greens
- 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms
- 3 slices pasture-raised bacon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Wash dandelion greens and mushrooms.
Cut the end part of dandelion greens. Chop it. Set aside.
Slice mushrooms, and set aside. Slice bacon and set aside.
Warm pan over medium heat. Add bacon pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add mushrooms slices to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add dandelion greens.
Place dandelion greens and mushrooms on a plate and add bacon slices on top.
