Dandelion Greens

Dandelion greens aren’t very popular. This recipe will make you change your mind about them.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch dandelion greens
  • 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms
  • 3 slices pasture-raised bacon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Wash dandelion greens and mushrooms.
  • Cut the end part of dandelion greens. Chop it. Set aside.
  • Slice mushrooms, and set aside. Slice bacon and set aside.
  • Warm pan over medium heat. Add bacon pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Add mushrooms slices to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add dandelion greens.
  • Place dandelion greens and mushrooms on a plate and add bacon slices on top.
