BBQ Beef Tacos (GF&DF)

BBQ Beef Tacos

Bonjour everyone! Happy Taco Tuesday! Another recipe coming at you after a little break. Those tacos are the best! To be honest, I wasn’t necessarily a big fan of tacos before. I didn’t even eat tacos for probably 8 years before making this recipe, and that was my first time making some.
Those tacos are made with Siete hard shells, which are gluten and grain free. I also used Kite Hill sour cream for a dairy free options, but you can use any sour cream you would like. Of course, you can add any toppings you would like to add.

BBQ beef Tacos

I used grass-fed beef because it is higher quality than conventional beef. You will get more nutrients because the cow ate what it is actually meant to eat. You can use any other type of meat you would like.

I used Siete tacos because I don’t do well with corn, and the ingredients are 👌🏻, and they taste super good.

For the sour cream, you can use any type you would like. I had this one in my fridge, and I was surprised how close it is to regular sour cream.
