Pizza Bread

Against the Grain Gourmet is my favorite brand when it comes to gluten-free bread and pizza. We eat one of them every Saturday night because they are so good. I decided to use the baguette to make a pizza. It is so good! You can add any toppings that you'd like.

Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 baguettes (Against the Grain Gourmet)
  • 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 2 oz cheese ( I chose dairy-free cheese)
  • 8 pepperoni
  • 2 slices bacon cut into pieced (cut into pieces)
  • olives (opt.)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the baguettes on an oven rack, and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the baguettes from the oven and let them cool. Slice them and add the tomato paste, cheese, and the rest of the toppings.
  • Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
