Good for your Gut Onion Soup
This soup can be made under 30 minutes. It is dairy-free, gluten-free, and tasty.

Servings: 4 servings
- 3 onions (finely chopped)
- 5 cups chicken bone broth (homemade is best)
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp bay leaf
- 1 tsp turmeric
Heat a pot over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of avocado oil. Add onions, and cook, stirring often, until soft.
Add bone broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 20 minutes.
