Easy Grain-Free Nachos

Those nachos are corn-free, and can be made dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Siete chips
  • 5 oz. queso (Siete makes a dairy-free queso)
  • 1/2 jalapeño (opt.)
  • 1/2 sliced avocado
  • 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
  • 2 oz. mild salsa

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until beef has browned. Once it is done, add the salsa.
  • Add the cheese in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 30-45 seconds. It will help you spread the cheese over the nachos more easily.
  • Place Siete chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread the cheese all over the chips. Add the ground beef, sliced avocado, and jalapeño.
  • Enjoy right away! If you have some leftovers, you can place it in the oven for 5 minutes beforehand.
