Easy Grain-Free Nachos
Those nachos are corn-free, and can be made dairy-free.
Servings: 4 people
- 1 bag Siete chips
- 5 oz. queso (Siete makes a dairy-free queso)
- 1/2 jalapeño (opt.)
- 1/2 sliced avocado
- 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
- 2 oz. mild salsa
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until beef has browned. Once it is done, add the salsa.
Add the cheese in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 30-45 seconds. It will help you spread the cheese over the nachos more easily.
Place Siete chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread the cheese all over the chips. Add the ground beef, sliced avocado, and jalapeño.
Enjoy right away! If you have some leftovers, you can place it in the oven for 5 minutes beforehand.
