Avocado Boats
This recette is super easy and perfect for a quick and healthy lunch.
Servings: 2 servings
- 1 avocado
- 1 can tuna
- 1 roma tomato
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp chives
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out in a bowl and puree it.
Deseed the tomato and dice it before adding it to the bowl with the avocado flesh.
Open the can of tun and drain the water out. Add the tuna to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and add the mayo before mixing it all up again.
Divide the mixture into two and place it back in the avocado. Sprinkle some chives on top. You can also eat it in a bowl or a plate.
