Avocado Boats

This recette is super easy and perfect for a quick and healthy lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp chives

Instructions

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out in a bowl and puree it.
  • Deseed the tomato and dice it before adding it to the bowl with the avocado flesh.
  • Open the can of tun and drain the water out. Add the tuna to the bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and add the mayo before mixing it all up again.
  • Divide the mixture into two and place it back in the avocado. Sprinkle some chives on top. You can also eat it in a bowl or a plate.
