What is on my SANE plate

If you do not know about the SANE solution then in this post you will see what a day in my SANE plate looks like. It pretty much looks like that: a lot of veggies, a moderate amount of protein, and some fat. I try to change vary the type of vegetables, protein, fruits, and fat I eat, so I can have a wider range of nutrients. There are some vegetables, and protein I prefer, so I often tend to eat the same thing, but it is better to have some variety in your meals, so you won’t get bored, and to have a wider range of nutrients.

Breakfast: a coffee with some almond milk, and stevia, a green smoothie, and hot-cereal (recipe).
Smoothie: 4 cups of spinach, 4 cups of spring mix, 1 cup of berries, 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 tsp of guar gum, and 1 tsp of matcha tea

Supplements (added to my smoothie): 1 tsp of L-glutamine, 1g of msm,  and 1/16 tsp of Coq-10.

Post-workout (after strength training): 2 scoops of whey protein, one AM packet of Nutrience multivitamins, and 1/2 tbsp of MCT oil.

Lunch: a salad with baby carrots, 2oz of smoked salmon, and 1/2 an avocado.

Snack: 2 scoops of whey protein, one PM packet of Nutrience multivitamin, 1/2 of MCT oil, 1/2 tsp of L-carnitine, and 1/16 tsp of alpha-lipoic acid.

Dinner: lamb with cauliflower rice, and broccoli soup.

During the day I drink 1 gallon of water, green tea, and in the morning I usually drink a matcha tea latte (the tea I drink is part of the gallon of water).
