GET STARTED PACKAGE – 30 days
This package is great if you aren’t sure if the Primal lifestyle is a good fit for you as it will provide you with tools to get you started. We will cover everything you need to know about the Primal lifestyle. You can update to another package if you feel like this is the lifestyle for you.
- Initial session to get you started (60 minutes).
- Weekly check-in (30 minutes).
- Bi-weekly coaching sessions with educational focus (30-60 minutes).
- 1 day sample meal plan.
8-WEEK PACKAGE
For those who already know the Primal lifestyle is a great fit for them, but who aren’t ready for a 12 week commitment. We will cover the nutrition, and lifestyle aspect of the Primal way of living. Every week, we will make an action plan that is personalized and check on how it went the following week.
- Weekly check-in (email or phone).
- Bi-weekly coaching session with a different educational focus at every session.
- Action plan.
- Grocery shopping + pantry clean-up (+ $50 and for locals only).
- 3 day sample meal plan
12-WEEK PACKAGE
If you already know that being Primal is for you and you are ready to commit then this package is for you. We will cover the nutrition, lifestyle, and fitness aspect of the Primal way of living. Every week, we we will make an action plan that is personalized and check on how it went the following week.
- 60-90 minutes initial session.
- Weekly check-in.
- Bi-weekly coaching session with a different educational focus at every session.
- Action plan.
- Grocery shopping + pantry clean-up (+ $50 and for locals only).
- 1 week sample meal plan.
- PDF resources.
