Bonjour everyone! Back with a new recipe this week. I made some BBQ chicken drumsticks last week and they were worth sharing the recipe with you. You will see that they are super easy to make and doesn’t require too much work. AND that’s what I like when I cook. I like cooking, but I ain’t got time for fancy recipes that takes you 30 minutes to prepare and 2 hours to cook.
do I have to use chicken drumsticks?
Of course not. You can use chicken breasts, chicken thighs, or chicken tenders if you would like. Just remember that the cook time might be different if you are using another cut.
which glass dish should I use?
You can use a 3 or 4 qt. glass baking dish. It is even better if you have one that has a lid, so you can just place it in the fridge once your chicken has cooled down.
how to rub the BBQ sauce on the drumsticks?
I like using a cooking brush because it makes it so much easier to rub it all over the chicken and you can make sure you aren’t missing a spot.
can I use another brand of BBQ sauce?
Absolutely! I chose Primal Kitchen Golden BBQ sauce because the ingredients are good and there is no sugar. Most BBQ sauce have sugar or even worse, corn syrup. Those are ingredients I want to avoid. You can check out the ingredients of Primal Kitchen BBQ sauce and you will see that they have different type of BBQ sauce.
do you have a discount code for Primal Kitchen?
Yes, I do. You can head over here and enter DBPALEO at checkout to get 10% off your order. You will see that they have plenty of other products that are all ingredients I would want to put in my body. That means, they aren’t ingredients that will promote inflammation.
