On top of that you are looking for a gluten free recipe which makes it a little harder for you. NO worries, I got you! I found 5 recipes that you can easy make when you don’t have time. All of those recipes are made with baking mixes that you will have to buy at the store or online, but I provided the links at the bottom for you to find a store near you or to buy them directly from the website.

1. Simple Mills Vanilla Cake Mix

No time to make a cake from scratch or even finding a good recipe? This cake is perfect for you. You can even find a mold that will be perfect for the holidays like this one. You can then decorate it with Simple Mills frosting (chocolate or vamilla). All you need is eggs, water, oil, vanilla and of course the mix and frosting. It can be donne in 1 hour. I made this cake for my dad’s birthday last year and everyone LOVED it. You can find them at several stores, and you can check their store locator to find one close to you.

2. Simple Mills Muffins

Another mix from Simple Mills because everything they make is awesome (no, I am not sponsored). If you don’t want to make a cake then you can make muffins or cupcakes using theur frosting too. It is perfect for anyone gluten or lactose intolerant. You will only need eggs, water, oil, and 40 minutes of your time. They have several flavors, so you get to choose. You can find them at several stores, and you can check their store locator to find one close to you.

3. Cappello’s Cookie Cups

If you haven’t tried Cappello’s cookie dought then you should. All you do is buying the dough and letting it thaw before cutting it in slices to make cookies. I found a great recipe on Primal Palate’s blog (they are the one who came up with this awesome recipe.) You can find the recipe here. Fill the cups with Jeni’s ice cream or any other ice cream brand you like. It will take you about 45-60 minutes to make them (from thawing to baking). You can find them at Whole Foods, but you can check their store locator to find one close to you.

4. Pie

If you tried making a gluten free pie crust then you know it is no fun. No worries, Xo Baking Co has you bake back. They have a pie crust mix, and all you need is butter and water. I cannot find their mix anywhere, but online. You might be luckier than me and have a store that sell their baking mix near you, so check their website to see. This one will take more time than the others, but you can always buy a pre-made pie crust if you are running out of time.

5. Cookie Crust Pie

If you are interested in trying Cappello’s cookie dough, but not really into making cups then you can make a single pie using the doough as the crust. I found a great recipe on Primal Palate’s blog  to make a pecan pie. You can also find any filling that you would like to make.

Below you will find all the links for each products I mentioned. Don’t forget to leave a comment if you have any suggestion or if you tried any of these.
